Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges for unused items within seven (7) days after delivery. Damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. The product and its packaging must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with all original tags and accessories intact.
Acceptable Reasons for Exchange:
- Change of Size
- Change of Color
- Wrong Item
- Damaged or Defective Item
We reserve the right to reject item/s that do not fulfill the conditions above.
Reasons Not Accepted for Exchange:
- Sale Items
- Used or Opened Items
- Personalized Items
1. Contact: Please email us at orders@beabi.com.ph with the following information:
- Order Reference No.
- Item/s for exchange
- Replacement item/s
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos/videos of damaged/defective item
2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your exchange request within 1-3 days. If your request is approved, we will send you the instructions for delivery and let you know if your item for exchange is available. Please see below criteria for exchange:
- If the replacement item is cheaper than the original item, the customer should add additional items since the balance will not be refunded to the customer.
- If the replacement item is more expensive than the original item, the customer must pay for the balance.
- If the replacement item is no longer available, the customer will be asked to select another item.
3. Shipping: Kindly ship the item back within 1-3 days of approval and send the proof of delivery in the same email thread. The item must be packed securely in its original packaging or similar protective packaging. Please label the box or paper bag with your name and order reference number clearly visible.

4. Exchange: Once our team receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your request and deliver your item for exchange promptly. The same shipping cost conditions apply for the delivery of replacement item.
