How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within the Philippines.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our international customers, but we’re working on it!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Metro Manila (Standard) - P150

Provincial - P250

Metro Manila (Express) - P350

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Metro Manila (Standard) - 2-3 business days

Provincial - 4-7 business days

Metro Manila (Express) - Before 6:00PM (Cut-off 1:00PM)

Can I change my order or shipping details after confirmation?

Changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Please contact us at orders@beabi.com.ph so we can offer immediate assistance.

Payment

What are your modes of payment?

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), GCash, Maya, PayPal, and bank transfer.

I chose bank transfer as my payment method. Where can I send the proof?

Please send a clear photo of your bank transfer proof to orders@beabi.com.ph with this email subject: Payment_[OrderReference].

Can I pay via cash on delivery (COD)?

We apologize, but we do not offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method as of now.

How do I use my gift card?

To use your gift card, enter the gift card code during checkout. The value of the gift card will be applied to your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer returns and exchanges for unused and unopened products in good condition within seven (7) days of purchase. You can find more information about our Returns & Exchanges Policy here.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

Please contact us at orders@beabi.com.ph with the following information:

  • Order Reference No.
  • Item/s for exchange
  • Replacement item/s
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos/videos of damaged/defective item

What if my order arrives damaged/defective?

We’re sorry to hear about that! Please contact us at orders@beabi.com.ph within 48 hours of receiving the order with the following information:

  • Order Reference
  • Product name/s of the damaged/defective item
  • Photo or video of the damaged/defective item

Can I return online purchases at a physical store?

Sorry, return of online purchases is only available at our head office. Please contact us at orders@beabi.com.ph to initiate the return process for online purchases.

Do you accept refunds?

Do your stores offer in-store pick-up for online orders?

As of now, in-store pick-up for online orders is not yet available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we're working on it!

Are all products available in your physical stores?

While most of our products are available in our physical stores, some items may run out of stock or are exclusive to our online store. Please contact the store directly to check the availability of specific products.

How do I change my password?
